VAT Registration of Existing Company: 

If your business earns over R1 million in a 12 month period it is mandatory for you to register for VAT. You can also choose to register voluntarily if your income in the past year averaged R4 200 per month.

  • Price includes registration as a taxpayer, then, once purchased, as Exempt Institution and a Public Benefit Organisation at SARS and as a Non-Profit Organisation at the Department of Social Development. It also includes a BBB-EE certificate/Affidavit and a Tax Clearance Certificate. Total turnaround time is about 6 weeks, not including delays by the client.


Registration as a NPO:

  • Please be patient. This takes the Department of Social Development a long time.
